How to unsubscribe
When you register for FitEyes.com, you are automatically added to the announcements list. This list notifies you when new content is posted on FitEyes. You only get notifications of new posts on FitEyes and you can change your settings any time.
FitEyes.com itself never sends spam. In the rare event that a user manages to get some spam past our filters, that user is immediately banned and the spam is deleted. In the entire history of FitEyes.com, users have only managed to post spam a few times. So the chances that you will encounter spam are very low.
You can change your notification settings at any time. All your email subscriptions are under your control. If you want to completely unsubscribe, you can. If you want to change your options, you can.
Every email notification you receive from FitEyes includes instructions that enable you to easily unsubscribe or change your settings. You'll see this at the bottom of the email.

- announcements
- discussions
To unsubscribe from the discussions list, just send an email to:
fiteyes+unsubscribe@
To unsubscribe from the announcements only list just send an email to:
fiteyes-announce-leave@lists.
Please do not email me asking me to unsubscribe you. You can manage this yourself.
