I would like to give you an overview of the layout of this website so you can get your bearings.
Dr. Kondrot has both a blog and a forum. Dr. Kondrot's forum (Homeopathic Ophthalmology with Dr. Kondrot) is primarily for self help where current and potential patients (and anyone interested in Dr. Kondrot's approach to alternative ophthalmology) can discuss questions and answers among themselves. (You are viewing that forum now.) Dr. Kondrot will step in as often as time permits, but the forum is designed for discussion among patients (and other interested persons) primarily.
Dr. Kondrot's blog is where he can share new articles and other information related to his views on alternative ophthalmology. You can post comments on any article on his blog under the article. (You have to be logged in to post a comment.)
And here is the big picture. The two main areas of FitEyes.com are the blogs and the forums. In
the blogs area there are multiple blogs. The same is true for forums -
in the forums area we have quite a few different forums for different
topics. Here is a map that should help you find your way around all the
blogs and forums:

. This page lists all the latest posts from all the different blogs.
It's called an aggregated blog page. You can read all the blogs by
starting at this page. The posts are listed in order of popularity, not
by date.
- All Blogs on FitEyes.com - http://fiteyes.com/blogs/Bloggers/
. This shows the list of all the different blogs and gives a summary of
each one. From this page you can go any an individual blog and read the
posts there. When you do this the posts are shown in the order in which
they were written by that blogger.
- Blog Email Alerts - http://fiteyes.com/blogs/drkondrot/emailsubscriptions.aspx
. This link is for the email alerts to Dr. Kondrot's blog. You can
control email alerts for each blog individually. I would suggest that
you subscribe to them all, but make sure you at least subscribe to Dr. Kondrot's blog so you will automatically be notified when he posts a new article on his blog.

. This page allows you to manage your email notices. You can be
automatically notified when someone answers a question you have posted,
for example.
- Bread crumbs - notice the bread crumb tool at the top of all forum pages. This shows you where you are and how you got here. For example, the bread crumb for Dr. Kondrot's forum looks like this. Each link in the trail is active:
- Your Personal Profile - see this message for instruction on how to get to your personal profile. Basically, you just click on your name in the upper right area of any page (when you are logged in).
