After the website upgrade today, you may need to delete the cookies in your browser if you have any trouble logging in. You can either delete all cookies or just the cookies from FitEyes.com.
In Firefox, you can open Preferences, go to the Privacy tab, click the Show Cookies button, and select the cookies to delete or you can remove all cookies.
Internet Explorer is probably very similar, although I don't use it so I can't offer exact steps. (I run Ubuntu Linux.)
