How to be notified of new blog posts automatically

From any page in the FitEyes.com blog you are viewing, you will see a "This Blog" area on the right of the page. It looks like the image below.

Click the "Email alerts" link. You will see options similar to those in the image below.

If you are interested in following the blog, I recommend you select the 3rd option from the top ("Send me emails for new posts, articles and comments") and then click "Update Blog Settings."

That's all you need to do. As you see above, you can always unsubscribe later if you change you mind.
 

Make sure you don't have email notification disabled in your profile. To check this, click on your name at the top of the page - this will take you to your profile settings. Click the "email" tab. Look for the following option:

Enable Email Notifications of forum/thread subscriptions and replies to my posts.

Make sure it is set to "Yes."
