Fish Oil keeps my eyes moist

Dry Eyes --

I currently take Lumigan once a night and I've noticed that it makes my eyes very dry. I wear contact lenses too + am a software engineer so that could be a contributing factor too.

I have noticed that if I take one spoon (a big spoon) full of Cod liver oil in the night, my eyes feel great the next day. I have been trying this for a few days - being on/off the fish oil -- and notice improvement only on days I've taken the fish oil the previous night.
