Eye

What is Eye? Eye is the official journal of the Royal College of Ophthalmologists. It aims to provide the practicing ophthalmologist with information on the latest clinical and laboratory-based research.

This is a blog about intraocular pressure and glaucoma research. Consequently, I wanted to make my readers aware of the fact that Eye, unlike many professional ophthalmology journals, provides free content on its web site. Many full text ophthalmology articles are available free. Not all articles are free, but there is enough free content that I felt it was worth mentioning Eye as a good resource for your intraocular pressure research.

If you are looking for a good general online reference source about the eye, consider Wikepedia's Eye article as a possible starting point.

Here is one more link about the eye that could serve as a good starting point for research. I should also mention Clinical Anatomy of the Eye [ILLUSTRATED] by Richard S. Snell, Michael A. Lemp, usually available used on Amazon.com at a good price.

And last but certainly not least, the current web site, FitEyes.com, is a free community all about eye health. If that's your interest, please consider joining.
