My glaucoma doctor wants to perform an ECP laser procedure at the same time she removes a cataract in my right eye which has had a trabectelectomy and a revision to patch and another revision to stop a leak.  Has anyone had this procedure and has it helped and what are risks?

I had trab of the right eye 2 years ago, followed by a trab revision patch to correct drop in IOP to 2, followed by another revision to correct a leak in the patch which resulted in the need to leave 3 stitches in permanently because it was determined that area would not heal.  I have much discomfort in this right eye in part from those stitches and in part from the eye drops I take (Cosopt, lumigan, alphagan P).
