How do I completely unsubscribe from the FitEyes Email Discussion Group emails?

To unsubscribe, start here:   http://discuss.fiteyes.com/m/options/all

Enter your email address and password to open the account configuration page. From there, scroll down to "Mail Delivery" and click "Disable".

If you do not know your password (it may be different than your fiteyes.com password), then enter your email address and click the "Remind" button in the "Password Reminder" section.
