Hotmail

For mail forwarding to folder in Hotmail, Outlook, Live or other Microsoft mail

1. When mail is open, on the left, above the Inbox link, hover on "Folders", then click on "+" to the right of it to create a new folder.

In the empty filed below, type: "FitEyes Discussions" (without the quotes)

Click away to save.

It should now appear in the list of folders

2. Open the settings menu (click the gear icon upper-right corner)

Click: Options

In the left menu, click Mail > "Inbox and sweep rules"

Click + to create a new rule

Name: FitEyes Discussions (or whatever you want to call it)

"When the message arrives...conditions"

Click the down-arrow in the field below this label and select "It includes these words" > "in the subject"

Type: "FitEyes Discussion" (without the quotes) then click "+" then the OK button

In the field under "Do all of the following"

Click the down-arrow in the field below this label and select "Move, copy, or delete" > "Move the message to folder..."
