Micro Pipette

Do those of you who use the micro pipette for eye drops use a new tip every time, or do you try to sterilize them and reuse them?   If you try to sterilize the tip, how do you do it?

I use a new one every time.  Too much hassle to try to sterilize and they are very inexpensive.
