Strange behavior from AT555

Today I was taking measurements and took three on my left eye, and shifted to the right.  With my right, my field is perfect and so after a month of use, I can align myself perfectly and usually the Reichert simply comes straight out and takes the measurement (unlike my left eye, where it is sometimes a bit more of a struggle due to my vision loss).  Anyway, today, the appliance started coming out and headed for the ceiling, as if my eye were about a couple inches higher.
